Recently, I’ve been developing a small tool for Blender’s 2D Cutout animation workflow. It allows you to batch-generate mouth shapes and quickly copy frames to any desired position. This makes handling character lip-sync animations much more efficient and reduces manual adjustments.

Compared to expensive commercial animation software, this tool fits naturally into Blender’s workflow, without the need to invest in costly programs or learn separate, complex tools. It integrates smoothly with existing animation pipelines.

--Update--

Version 1.1.1 now adds voice-to-animation frame conversion!

The current version focuses on mouth-shape replacement, but I plan to add more features aimed at improving Cutout animation efficiency and flexibility. Patreon members can try it early and provide feedback to help refine the tool.
