Regarding the director changes, you should not worry about it. Gosso is without a doubt one of the most creative minds in the industry and it is very unfortunate to lose him. Thank god it is not due to backlash by fans or anything like that he left on his own accord. He decided to leave the Japanese animation industry as a whole. Back in 2018 he quit and left as well but he felt inspired by JJK and Gege himself so he came back to the industry he did some key animation work in ranking of kings, chainsaw man etc. his first biggest episode was S1 episode 17 of JJK where he directed and storyboarded it then after the director of S1 left they offered him this director job and he took it even under extremely harsh time management conditions , he did S2 and is currently directing P1 of S3 as this is the last he’ll do for the anime industry until probably later. He most likely left because the industry work culture and they limit his creative freedom so he’s going oversees to spread his wings. JJK is under a very talented team and his leaving was planned since the beginning so it is safe and fine. This episode had no director involvement and look how stunning it is

Yep can you believe the whole episode is animated by just 1 person?! Crazy this is a sign of a healthy production schedule and also split cours give them even more time to polish it up
