EARLYACCESS | Introducing Toby Capwell! | EXP

EXP welcomes Tobias Capwell! Toby is an independent scholar, curator, an expert on arms and armor, as well as a historical advisor for movies and TV. Ahead of a new series of Expert Reacts videos starring Toby, we caught up with the man as he donned his suit of armour for a recent event in the UK. Our chat covered everything from his thoughts on the historical accuracy of Ridley Scott movies to his excitement for checking out Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2! Oh, and classic adventure movie, A Knight’s Tale gets several mentions, so look out for that too… If you’re interested in seeing more of Toby’s work, you can purchase his books on the Armour of the English Knight at the following links: https://www.olympiaauctions.com/about-us/publications/armour-of-the-english-knight-1400-1450-by-tobias-capwell/ https://www.olympiaauctions.com/about-us/publications/armour-of-the-english-knight-1450-1500-by-tobias-capwell/ https://www.olympiaauctions.com/about-us/publications/armour-of-the-english-knight-continental-armour-in-england-1435-1500-by-tobias-capwell/ Also you can see more about his publications and download a number of his articles for free on his Academia page: https://independent.academia.edu/TobiasCapwell
