I love the monster manual, especially the spore warriors. I’m thingking to put it in my DnD campaign and create it as a homebrew monster through DnDBeyond. Did we get the art of the monsters without texts to be used for the monsters photo? Or do we get something like monster card?
Hey, if you want, I can send you the specific artwork you’d need :)
Thank you for the offer. Really appreciate it 😃. Can you share the art of the atlered squirel and mushroom warrior, please? I’m sure my party will focus on thinking how cute they are before knowing that they actually a threat. Love those monsters by the way :)
Do you maybe have a Discord or email I could send them to? You can send it to me in private :)
Okay. Thank you 😃
I started some years ago, but I haven’t gotten to play very much. I run games sporadically and I’ve mostly played a bastardized white wolf d10 system.
I love your candies, foods, and plants. They inspire me.
Can I ask for some help? One of my characters (my ranger actually) has been jiving to use a bottle of Witchlight wine as a malatov cocktail. I have the perfect upcoming situation where he can do that. Are there any stats or something I can search to find that here? Or something comparable?
You can probably do like a weak fireball with the effects of faerie fire as well
2 or 3d6 over a radius and everything glows in thag radius, giving attackers advantage on rolls to hit them
Thank you!
Mystic arts on YouTube may have some things you would like as well. They’re doing a fungal queen thing with a bunch of fungus knights and other enemies.
Yo just wanted to drop in and say hey. Been following on TikTok for a while and finally made the leap to patreon. Love the work and a really big fan of anything pirate related you have done.
Greetings! I just joined the Patreon and am loving the materials! I was introduced to D&D in the 80’s (middle school) watching boys at school play at lunch but they wouldn’t allow girls in their game so I didn’t play. Fast forward to 2022 and I discovered live plays on YouTube. I watched for years and started actually playing last year (2025). Now I’m DMing my first campaign this month and I’m so excited! 😆
Not letting girls in their group is crazy!
I like the seven deadly sins weapons. Does anyone have ideas for other magic items associated with the deadly sins?
I made a book that gives boons and banes to the user when they make a deal with it. The Book of Greed
Once we’ve done the weapons, we could also try making spells or dedicated items
That would give us quite a lot to play with in that concept.
Pride blade: as you kill creatures by yourself the blade unlocks more and more abilities and stat boosts. This should make your play psychologically want to solo everything thus becoming prideful :)
I’d add to that in some way that disincentivises the player from just hacking down scores of basic billies, but I’m not sure what. Possibly just a ‘don’t take the piss’ approach, like most DMs have with regard to encumbrance.
I realized that we could also do something with the seven heavenly virtues which are just the inverse of the sins.
Maybe make clothing or wondrous items for each of them that people could use in their plots.
I could see an item transform to the virtue if you overcome the sin of the item
Reminds me of 1E and sentient weapons. They had intelligence and ego and there was a formula for how the weapon would attempt to dominate the player and take control.
Hi folks. Since some folks didn’t realize this channel existed, this is the spot for general chit chat and discussion. There is a separate chat for but reports and another for ideas and suggestions. 🎃👻
Ummm…I blame autocorrect. That’s BUG reports not but reports. 😸
Here’s one for everyone: I need music and/or cadences for an in-game training montage.
Situation is that a set of smaller towns and villages in an area need to prepare defenses and train the militia and the watches of the area. It’s a hard winter now but invasion is expected in the spring. Imagine Zhent style troops of mixed human, drow, orc, hobgoblin and ogre with possibly some hill giants as artillery.
So my party and I have been discussing OOC the training format to RP that includes the whole log PT thing from BUD/s and obstacle courses and stuff. The other players are older and most are vets. I’m a vet too but the animal doc kind 😂
Anyway my Bard/Battle master is going to have to be the one leading the songs and cadences so if anyone has suggestions for lyrics or links to fantasy DnD music like on YouTube that would fit… please drop a reply.
Hope everyone had a good Halloween! 🎃
