Nagasuku

The story how he died is so insane to me, i mean he wasn't unreasonable firing that guy the dude missed several days of work and had poor work performance overall, murdering someone over loosing your job is crazy not gonna help your family, but i guess that was Being X's whole point being tired of how humanity is behaving. Also 4:25 Overlord poster 👀

ALE GAME

The necklace's gems are like wands or staffs, they help with making magic more efficient.

Kurato Wakiru

17:46 the anime cut/doesn't make it clear, she was doping herself with magic for buff and pain killer here. The reason she suddenly went from scared to "crazy" is she was high as a kite. Just like in real world wars where the soldier was given stimulant drug and pain killer. And like you noticed, she a stickler for rules, she'll always obey higher up. She might do things in an extreme way, but it always "legally, I'm still following the rules".

An easy way to determine who is the Empire and who are the enemy, look at what they are using to fly, the Empire uses a single boot, the Entente Alliance uses skis, the Republic uses flying horse machines. Entente Alliance enemies were trying to take out artillery observer Tanya.

Funelas

21:00 Ace is an actual military term, especially given how mages in this world are treated like aircraft fighters. Flying aces are airborne soldiers with 5+ confirmed kills of other airborne enemies.
