Nagasuku

Yes you are correct, Cid is jealous that the girl's are making so much money with the Mitsugoshi Company using his knowledge or wisdom as the girls call it, but he is also correct that they went too far monopolizing so many products and basically making every other business in the capital their enemy, so that is his reason for turning on the girls, I think that Cid might have been looking for a reason to take over the company for awhile now he just found an excuse to do it, I find that funny because he doesn't know that he already owns it 😂

DracheLehre

Cid likes talking with Delta the most because can more easily not use his Shadow persona around her because to her, "He's the Boss. and that's all I need to know!" She is incapable of understanding what role a person is fulfilling at any given moment and what behavior is appropriate for that situation. It has caused problems. For example, in this anime's Chibi companion series "Kagejitsu," there is an episode where she's being scolded for calling out Beta's name in public while she was acting as Natsume Kafka. Her reasoning, "Beta is Beta."

Slothful Sins

I don't really understand his credit talk either. But it pretty much boils down to, one day someone said Imma store coins in a safe location, here's a receipt stating I stored these many coins for you. And eventually people started using said receipts as the currency, since it was more convenient than walking around with heavy coin filled pockets.
