That spirit in Millim story was Ramilis, and that demon lord was Guy(red demon). Ramilis lost her power and "died" after this, and she reborn as a demon lord that she is now. Because of that she cannot get her full power and get in to her adult form.(those are inforamtion from light novel)

Here are some translations that were wrong or a bit off. Raphael's reason for not telling Rimuru about Yuuki should be something like "The principle governing one's actions is quite simple. It was easy to make use of those (yuuki's) actions". Basically Raphael let Yuuki kill Mariabell so that Rimuru didn't have too. The comment about Raphael at the end should have said smiling, not laughing. The Japanese word is the same for both, so you have to use the context around the word to know the meaning, and Raphael was shown smiling. Last thing, Milim doesn't say full power, she says something closer to "half-hearted power won't work."

In the end they just indirectly showed us about Raphael's further incoming Evolution as a Skill; we already know, it shouldn't be meant for a Skill to feel emotions etc. However, we saw her Smiling herself, which indicates she Step By Step begin slowly to develop feelings - Afterall, Raphael, specifically told us: ¨I Didn't Wish For My Master To Feel Anxious.¨ It's totally a direct hint to us Fans about her further Evolution im sure of it; they were giving us a little Taste of extra Excitement, because now they want us to create Speculations. Personally, I hadn't seen this coming before this Moment, even if im actually Analyzing this Anime in ALL of my Free Time. Without a doubt, im Extremely excited about what all this is meaning; especially about IF it'd ACTUALLY be a FURTHER EVOLUTION. Even if it's ¨Just¨ her Powers/Abilities that's being given an ¨Upgrade¨. However, personally i'd still give the most of my thoughts to, Raphael's slow Development of Feelings, or even some kind of Consciousness - If such an Absurd event is Even possible for such a big Anomaly as Rimuru is. Especially if we already know it shouldn't be possible, we still know Rimuru has through time, begun to be known as the ONE PERSON, who can ACTUALLY make the Impossible turn into something Possible. Afterall, such Series/Anime's as ¨That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime¨, likes to Surprise Fans for Sure - That's atleast my own Conclusion after watching all those Events, I didn't thought would ever nearly become possible for the Author to have plans for doing. Also.. I'd give a little bit of Advice, which mostly ends up as Facts, especially when it comes to Yuuki as a Character/Antagonist. If there's ANY Events or Actions with Yuuki involved Personally, then you'd just think it directly as a part of his Plan; even if I haven't read the Light Novel, I'd still say I now personally have seen enough of his Actions, to know ANY Events he's been Personally involved in, has ALWAYS ended up as a part of his Plans. Btw, sometimes i'd actually say ¨I DENY to Trust you haven't Read or atleast Gained Information from the Web-/Light Novel before.¨ or ¨Sometimes the Theories/Speculations has so much Preciseness it's giving me more Goosebumps, than my WORST ENEMY of Horror Movies!¨ Hahahahah! :3 Your Welcome, now I have Given you Unstoppable Speculations of which Event's Preciseness im talking about, maybe Former Speculations of yours, or even Contemporary Speculations?? hahaha what are you talking about speculations? 😂 I remember that I speculated I think in season 1 that Leon might have been summoning kids because he is looking for someone, it's insane that that ACTUALLY was the case 😂 I've never read the manga or light novel and don't have the time to look for extra content lol sometimes I let my imagination run wild 😆 the point you brought up about Raphael being a skill slipped my mind, I've only seen her as a person so I didn't think about "her being a skill so she shouldn't have feelings" it's interesting indeed! I'm so looking forward to what kind of evolution she may get 😆
