Idea: Give all of the kids from Backyard Baseball Penguin names, draft based on those penguin names, then play a whole game of Backyard Baseball with those teams to see who had the best team. And if you can change the character models to be different penguins from club penguin that would be perfection

Hear me out. There’s a team called the Savannah Bananas which uses modified rules for their baseball games. Adal if you haven’t seen them check it out on YouTube you’ll love. The penguins should play a modified game like theirs though

In the big budget adaptation of this story, I assume there’s a scene where a certain penguin-themed villain buys out all the top draft picks with his ill-gotten gains. The gang says, “Who could it be?! Burgess Meredith? Colin Farrell? Which one?!” Only for a certain rotund actor to walk into frame, twirling an umbrella. “It was ME…I’m the Danny Devito one!“

I would like to nominate PJ the Penguin, the Juilliard school mascot, for the draft. As a school Juilliard has no sports teams, but they do have hats that say “Juilliard Athletics - undefeated since 1905”. PJ can be wearing one of these hats if it strengthens the argument for his recruitment. I rest my case. 🧢🐧💙

I’m going to have to side with Erin on the stance that this league should be played by penguins only for the same reason that zebra’s shouldn’t be dancing ice between innings. Most birds aren’t going to be proficient on an ice rink if it’s a grounded game. On the other hand if we’re expecting to see a lot of action involving the egg in the air, a hawk with a catcher’s mitt would be able to grab it every time. The only way to keep the sport fair is having penguins only.

This was an emotional rollercoaster! I was loving the Penguin team theme in the beginning, then I was a little bummed to find out this was supposed to be my favorite Public Access TV series, but then I started to enjoy the Penguin premise again.
