I kinda felt that the orphanage director was a bad guy because he groomed a kid he was supposed to care for into this big deal deity, forcing her to have more rust value, claiming this was good and right and caging her in just because she's different. Orphans tend to suffer in the system a lot so I was already suspicious of him. Bet his own trust value was gained thanks to his connection to Cyan too. Anyways, another asshole to hate!
