"I haven't gone all out!"
His golden aura flared again, and the ice beneath his feet split apart in an instant, cracking with a deafening crunch.
Oryon smiled faintly and flexed his wrists. "Then try again."
The two of them vanished at the same moment.
In the next instant, a blast of golden light erupted at the heart of the ice field. The shockwave tore up every layer of ice for kilometers around.
Shards of ice shot in all directions like cannonballs, some flying hundreds of meters into the air.
"Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!"
The two fought ferociously in midair, every collision setting off a violent explosion.
Icebergs collapsed one after another. Enormous chunks of ice tumbled into the frozen sea, throwing up columns of water dozens of meters high.
The ground melted under the heat, exposing the earth beneath the ice, which was then scorched by waves of energy until it cracked and burst into flames.
Goku and Android 18 stood far off, their faces grim.
Android 18 instinctively gripped her own arm. "Oryon's still keeping himself in check," she said quietly, "but that dark power has completely amplified Vegeta's urge to destroy. He doesn't care at all whether the planet under his feet lives or dies. The scale of this fight is ridiculous."
Goku nodded, eyes bright. "They're using Babidi's magic to fight as hard as they want on a barren planet!"
As he spoke, Goku clenched his fists in excitement.
"It looks so satisfying. I want to fight like that too! Why didn't Vegeta ask to fight me? What a shame…"
Beside him, Android 18 heard Goku and shook her head, speechless.
"They haven't fought in years. These Saiyans must be going stir-crazy!"
She glanced again at the Supreme Kai's body in Kibito's arms.
"The Supreme Kai died for nothing!"
Kibito sat slumped on the ground, watching the once-beautiful glacial world turn into an inferno at a pace he could see with his own eyes.
The ice field had become a lake of lava, and the icebergs were heaps of burning rubble.
His eyes were vacant. He muttered, "A second planet… They're going to destroy a second planet…"
Babidi burst into laughter again. "I never expected you to fight this fiercely. Fine, fine, I'll switch you to another planet!"
Purple light swept across the scene once more, and everything changed again.
This time it was a barren expanse of rocky wasteland. The sky was dim, and a meteor streaked past now and then.
The ground was hard as iron, yet even so, the instant the two traded blows, the earth beneath their feet crumbled like a cookie.
Vegeta grew wilder the longer they fought, red lightning leaping constantly through his golden aura.
Oryon stayed calm, but even his blocks sent earth-shaking shockwaves rippling outward.
Savage winds howled across the wasteland. When their fists collided, a column of energy hundreds of miles long shot into the sky, and the heavens looked as though they'd been torn open along a seam.
The ground caved in. Scalding gases from deep underground gushed out of the fissures, turning the entire wasteland into a sea of fire.
Kibito had run out of words. All he could do was clutch the Supreme Kai's body and prop up a fragile barrier in the distance, barely holding it together.
Babidi's laughter suddenly changed pitch, rising from excitement to ecstasy and then to a cheer that was almost a scream.
"Full! It's actually full! Majin Buu's energy is full! Hahahaha! Lord Majin Buu, you can finally be revived!"
Oryon and Vegeta stopped at the same moment and looked up at the sky.
Oryon frowned. "That fast?"
Babidi's voice rang out again, brimming with boundless fervor: "Come out! Come out, Majin Buu! From this day on, this world will tremble for you!"
