Oh, I’d really love for you to watch The Edge of Horizon, but I also appreciate you giving PitBabe another chance; it was my favorite at the time and I still love it I watch it whenever I can, haha. So, I hope you keep watching it, but if not, that’s totally fine I’ll keep watching your content anyway because it’s fun, and your reactions are really entertaining, Thank u so much🫰🏼

Every show isn’t for everyone so don’t feel bad if it’s not for you. Me I love racing which is why this is the perfect show for me but I know another reactor who hated it and it wasn’t fun to watch. There are SOOO many shows so I think people will understand if after a few episodes you’re not feeling it. You have to have fun too!

right, the characters and their relationships are intriguing. good setting up of the story... i remember at this point i started to hope charlie's intentions and actions wouldn't hurt babe. and yes, michael as north is very different as sey (gbyfd). another good actor :> here in pit babe, he's jolly and fun character is more similar to how he is offscreen.

I had a lot of hesitancy with Pit Babe too, so I totally understand where you’re coming from because I was right there with you 😂 What kept me watching was Pavel’s acting and his chemistry with Pooh. There’s just something about their chemistry that is really hard to ignore, and I ended up getting way more emotionally invested than I expected. There are definitely parts of the plot where I was like…okay, I guess we’re just surrendering to the storyline and accepting that this is happening 😂 but I actually think that’s part of the fun sometimes. Not every show is going to be exactly our thing, and I think it’s fun to get outside of your comfort zone and see what you end up taking from it. I actually stopped after the first episode the first time I tried it, then went back and I’m really glad I did. I ended up crying during multiple episodes and thinking, wow, Pavel is actually such a good actor. I also really liked how Charlie and Babe aren’t necessarily what you expect them to be, and watching their character progression was probably my favorite part. I definitely don’t think you should force yourself to finish it if you’re not enjoying it, but I do think there are some future scenes you might find hilarious or interesting. And honestly, if it weren’t for Pit Babe, I probably wouldn’t have watched Goddess Bless You From Death or been excited to see what Pavel and Pooh do next. Their chemistry really sold me 😂 I understand why it got a second season.

This was hard for me to get into too. I never really did love it, but I think Pavel is so good looking that he made me stay with it. I like him and Pooh, but Pooh's acting is uneven at best. I also am not into racing or cars, and I just thought there were too many characters. I like smaller casts. I stuck it out for Pooh and Pavel, though. I do think there are some scenes in later episodes that are done pretty well, but you have to want to keep watching to get to them. I am not a reactor, so I also had the luxury of skipping ahead in episodes or scenes so I didn't have to sit through every minute😀. I sound harsh, maybe, so I apologize; its just not a show i would ever recommend. Of course, and I believe I am in the minority, but I also didn't love Goddess Bless you From Death either. I thought that was just so-so. Maybe I'm not a Pooh Pavel fan?😀. No, I am. Anyway I do think Edge of Horizon is tremendous as is Nour; but this is my subjective opinion, I don't like to assume everyone will enjoy or like the same shows. So, I would just listen to your gut and decide on what show(s) you really do want to watch and invest time in. Whatever you decide, I appreciate your time and work that you put in on your reactions.

i feel you so much with the "the cars look the same to me" i was always so confused about that, too, and just had to rely on the "commentator" telling me who was where (within the group of drivers from the same team, at least). The only thing that jumped out to me as a recognizeable feature are all the criss-cross white bracing bars in the back of charlie's car. but depending on the camera position, those are no always visible. The livery/paintings are not exactly same on the cars, either, but i could never focus enough to get those differences down throughout the full season 1. And i would't be able to tell the models apart by shape, anyway

Jessica Danowski

I really enjoyed Pit Babe a lot (season 2 not so much). That being said, I completely understand that it's not for everyone. I would much rather watch you watch something you truly enjoy.... coughcoughPayback coughcoughMrFanboy. But, I will respect any choice you make.

The part about the cars and the race is just a support for the story; the heart ♥️ of this story is indeed PitBabe, his story since childhood, his relationship with Charlie, the evolution of their bond, and **** the part that is currently spoiler 😬. 🥰

Pit Babe to me is what I would describe as a "cult classic." It's a show that is so crazy in plot that you have to suspend your disbelief immediately or you'll be turned off. It's the same way I feel about shows like Teen Wolf and Charmed, both of which I love dearly lol. It's definitely not for everyone and it's fine if you're not feeling it but I hope you give it another episode or two before you decide! I think the biggest drawbacks, in my opinion, is the fact that this was Change's first production and you can tell when it comes to things like sound design, editing, and effects. I didn't know any of that when I watched it for the first time, but it was Pavel that grabbed my attention enough to keep going and I think by episode 3 or 4 I was like what the hell I'm down for whatever crazy shit is gonna happen in the story. Funnily enough it was the scene you mentioned at the start of this video, the one where he figures out the Charlie smells different from other Alphas that I was like "okay this guy can actually act."

Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts! I enjoy Poohpavel a lot and I Loved GBYFD, just this one doesnt seem too in line with my interests.

Solace

Thanks a lot for sharing! I plan to do 1 more :)

Yess haha Im so bad with cars. Im like, "ooh i see a white and blue car" haaha

Yume

I was the same. I dropped it initially then came back since so many people said they enjoyed it so much. I did end up finishing it, but it was one of those shows that I never fully invested in and became background while I did other things. There are definitely moments that are well done and I liked the main couple. I was honestly kind of excited when I saw you were watching it because I thought maybe I would enjoy it the second time around more with you.... but I am more excited about the prospect of you watching other things.

Ace Gamer

Plz keep watching. The episodes do get better each time especially with the characters and the story along with Babe and Charlie. Pavels acting and his chemistry with Pooh kept me watching an I got way more emotionally invested.

Frederikke Andersen

Really happy you moved your facecam. I have been watching your reactions in the gym on my phone, and it was a bit hard to read the subtitles when they were that small

Solace

Oooh I’m glad you could read it!
