Harpies as a species are very curious by nature and therefore have a very strong interest in shiny/fancy things. Harpy youth are also prone to trying very dangerous things or not seeing right from wrong for the sake of sating their curiosity! Because of this, Laurel is very defenseless against Kree's encouragement of stealing from others, but she does grow a guilty conscious over time due to Clara being a dutiful mother.  😂(Btw, although the spoon may seem like a threat, I would never have one of my characters genuinely try to hit and hurt her children. My parents never hit me and neither will my characters. HOWEVER, I do see the comedy of the chancla and a little kind-hearted slapstick wack now and then doesn't hurt anyone. 😂)
