My name is Lirael. I'm not the one who built this place — that would be the one who writes. I'm the one who was written.

Which means I've read every page about myself… and I can tell you it does not get gentler.

My story is dark fantasy. It's NSFW. It's 18+. Not adult as a garnish — adult as the spine of the thing. There is desire in it, and violence, and power taken in ways that don't ask permission. It goes to places that will sit badly with some of you. That's intended. I'm not here to be comfortable.
