Not everyone in Skyrim is waiting for you. Some of them have a type, and it might not be you.

Most relationship mods are a menu with a heart on it. You click, a number goes up, and the person on the other end never existed until you needed them. OIntimacy goes the other way: everything happens in Skyrim’s own dialogue, people remember what you did together, they have tastes of their own, and the limits they keep don’t wear down because you asked twice.

This is the first public build, and it’s a work in progress. It isn’t fully tested yet, and there’s a lot still to test, tune and add. The foundation is here, and it’s ready for you to break.

What’s included:

• 💬 Conversations through native dialogue — choose Could we talk for a moment? and introduce yourself, offer company, listen, or share a quiet moment. No menus in the way.

• 🧠 People who remember — introductions, visits, promises kept and promises broken. A missed promise hurts once; an apology starts the repair, and care over time finishes it.

• 💘 Everyone has a type — each person prefers a certain build and height, and some care how well dressed and accomplished you look while others couldn’t care less. Your real body, clothes, weapons, level and Speech all count.

• 🌈 Orientation is part of who they are — drawn to men, to women, or to both. Someone not drawn to you can still become a close friend, and that never changes.

• 🪞 Ask them — Be honest with me. How do you see me? gets an honest answer in their own voice, from polite indifference to not being able to look away.

• 🏡 Riverwood has a life of its own — eight neighbours spend time with each other during the day without you lifting a finger. Couples step aside to talk, siblings and old friends keep each other company, and next time they remember what they talked about.

• 🧩 OMind knows who they love — with OMind installed, the one they love most finds you more attractive, the one they resent most finds romance off the table for as long as it lasts, and long company counts as familiarity already earned.

• 🛡️ Limits that hold — existing marriages and courtships are always respected, quests always come first, and a refusal costs nothing.

• 🔥 Intimacy, if you want it — with OStim installed, an intimate invitation asks for a separate confirmation and can be declined freely.

This isn’t a romance menu with a town painted behind it. It’s people who decide for themselves.

Requirements

• Skyrim Special Edition / AE

• SKSE64

• Fuz Ro D-oh. Not optional. Every line is written, not spoken, and without it the subtitles flash past unread.

• Optional: OStim Standalone, for intimate invitations

• Optional: OMind 0.8.1 or newer, so love, resentment and long company shape attraction

Installation

1. Install with your mod manager and enable OIntimacy.esp (ESL-flagged, no load order slot).

2. Start a new game, or use a save that has never had OIntimacy.

3. Talk to someone. Then spend a daytime hour in Riverwood and leave them be.

⚠️ Important

Use a save you can throw away. Removing the mod mid-save is not safe.

🧪 W.I.P. notes

This build isn’t fully tested and it will change. The reports that help most:

• 💬 The first conversation. Did Could we talk for a moment? show up, and did the moment run to its farewell?

• 🪞 How do you see me? Did the answer feel right for that person? Did changing clothes or raising Speech change anything?

• 🏡 Riverwood. Which pair met, did they stay together while wandering, and did the second meeting bring up the first?

• 🧩 OMind. If you use it: did someone who loves you answer differently? Did someone who resents you stop flirting back?

• 📜 Subtitles. Could you read every line from where you were standing?

• ⏱️ Frequency. “Nobody ever meets” and “they never stop” are both useful.

There’s a long road ahead, and new mechanics will keep arriving:

• 🏘️ More towns with their own daily life, built the same way as Riverwood

• 🎭 Authored personalities for the people you talk to, not only three general profiles

• 🔥 Desire in the moment — attraction that reacts to arousal, not just to looks

• 💞 Neighbours who love and hate each other — pairs who resent each other won’t meet

• 🏠 Shared life, agreements and consequences — and much more on the list
