Buenas tardes a todos, esto es importante, me tomare esta semana de descanso, espero puedan comprender, mi salud emntal esta bastante mal, peor que nunca, espero sea solo esta semana, pero si no llegan a saber de mi en unas semanas, e spor que tuve que internarme en un hospital psiquiatrico, si asi de mal estoy.
Por favor cuiden su salud mental, siempre habra alguien que los escuche, o busquen ayuda profesional, este mes el mes contra la prevencion del suicidio, asi quepor favor jamas se queden cayados si sienten que todo se derrumba.
