I know many of you want to print this model as a Christmas gift 🎄🎁, so I’m sharing it a bit earlier than usual ✨

This set is designed to be:

easy and satisfying to print

support-free (just follow the PDF instructions)

full of small details that make the scene come alive

✨ What’s included:

full desert-style terrarium setup with rocks and resting spots

two terrarium sizes - for larger printers and smaller ones like the A1 Mini

lid versions with LED slots and without LEDs

eggs with a print pause, allowing you to place a mini baby bearded dragon inside

ready-to-print profiles for the eggs (thin shell, easy to gently crush)

⚠️ Printing note for eggs:If you use the raw STL for the eggs, you’ll need to manually add a pause and adjust settings to make the shell thinner.Brim is required, and glue on the build plate is strongly recommended 🙂

The full terrarium with all accessories and interior elements is a paid product. You’ll find the dragon included at no cost, but the complete habitat setup is available separately.

Im trying to fill the colour of one of the eyes but the separate sections arent filling separately. its just making the whole eye socket one colour. could you please explain whyyyyy?

Sorry for the late reply! Sometimes the slicer can “fix” the geometry in its own way, and some crisp edges lose their sharpness - in that case, manual painting is needed. The fill/painting works correctly as long as the model hasn’t been “repaired.” If you see non-manifold edges, it’s best not to fix them - the slicer should still generate the G-code properly and the print should come out fine. If you’re using STL files, unfortunately you’ll need to paint everything from scratch. That’s why I provide 3MF files with colors already set - you can simply swap the filament to your preferred one without repainting everything 😊

Hey! I have only printed there terrarium without the LED lights. I am assuming they have batteries that will eventually need to be replaced? Is that possible if they are glued in.

Sorry for the late reply! 😊 The lights I recommend (the ones from the link) are actually unscrewable, so even if you glue the bottom part in place, you can still unscrew the top part to replace the batteries 🙂

how does the terrarium take to print?

Hey! Printing the terrarium itself in the most complex version - with the LED lid and back panel - takes around 17 hours. If you choose a lighter version, it will be significantly faster. As for the terrarium filling, that takes about 15 hours to print. These times are for the “Other Printers” version (not the small ones like the A1 Mini). For smaller printers, the print time will naturally be shorter since the terrarium is scaled down - it’s simply a different version.
