Well, here's something a little more.... spooky! 😏

As this came second place on the Movie Of The Month poll, and I knew it fit the 'spooky season' vibe, I thought I'd react to it as well as Arrival!

And boy is this fun! 🤣

Silly action scenes, awful CGI, and Rachel Weiss... so... what more could you want?

Love this movie as I am a fan of the old monster movies and this really is a love letter to those. Brendan Fraser even looks like an old matinee idol in this. Glad that you had fun with it. I actually liked The Mummy Returns better than this one. You should give it a whirl.... but end it after that. Nothing else in the franchise worth it. The fact that there was a re-work in 2017 starring Tom Cruise feels like something that happened in a parallel universe or a fever dream..

I’ve never seen the mummy before so this was great! (Odd though because I remember being so terrified going to see the mummy returns in the cinema I made my dad leave early) I really like the vibe of this though. And I 100% agree about the guy in black 😏 Thanks Claudie, I really enjoyed watching this 😁

This movie has a lot of dad vibes, haha. I remember watching it with my school once when I was 12 (I don't remember why)... I was traumatised by this scene at 49:40... so I never watched anything like that again 😂😂 1:22:00 - My God, there's so much testosterone in one scene, I can't handle it hahaha 1:50:50 - I laughed so hard hahaha. It was funnier than the scene itself. It was worth it haha. And wow, it's so cliché that it's actually fun to watch hahaha. It was great to revisit this classic with you!!
