Manusos is heading to Albuquerque, and Carol is heading... well... she's headed towards insanity!

The time alone is really beginning to get to her. Wonder what she'll do next 👀

Enjoy!

The title "The Gap" refers to the Darién Gap. It's a very dangerous and remote location, nothing but thick rainforest for a 100km. It's on the border of Panama and Colombia. It completely separates South and North America. There are no roads, no infrastructures, nothing just the rainforest, with a lot of dangerous animals and people too.

Your sign-off at the end was just the encouragement I needed to get my alien hive-mind girlfriend back. Thanks!! Loving the reactions.

My favorite episode by far. The contrast between Carol and Manousos, the near death scenes for both, and the final scene with Carol and Zosia. It actually brought tears to my eyes when it ended. Thanks, as always, for your reaction!

Learning English with random phrases, hahaha, so nostalgic. My first sentence was “The book is on the table.” I’ll never forget it (don’t miss it though lol). “Nothing on this planet is yours… nothing. You can’t give me anything because everything you have is stolen.”... pure cinema!!! I watched the series with my sister, and it’s wild how she didn’t feel any empathy for the “aliens” at any point. Meanwhile, I was rooting for Zosia to show up because I really like her, and honestly, I didn’t want Carol to be alone 👀. I wanted her to come back so bad hahaha. My sister, on the other hand, was pissed. She was 100% on Paraguayan’s side. She didn’t want them to help him, she was happy when he burned the car, and she got really mad when Carol asked them to come back. But I get it, 30 days in complete isolation must drive anyone insane. It’s crazy how loneliness can mess with someone’s mind. Anyway… my sister has zero empathy for these people hahaha. Fun fact: The Darién Gap in the show would actually be way safer than it is in real life. 😂

At first I liked the long voice message. Then, it got a bit annoying. Then I got to like it even more by the end. I really appreciate that the show did not edit it at any point. Not only did Carol have to keep hearing it, but we did too.

Yes. "App-Le" every time. But now I do it in my day to day life. (Hahaha) Feeling a little attacked - when I'm alone I often walk around singing songs to myself. It keeps the crazies away (I think). Ugh! Heartbroken that she passed up the 911. Carol hasn't really been alone before this (that we know of) it seems that she and Helen were together all the time. Love how they never rush a scene, regardless if it's a primary or cut scene. I am so going to do a full re-watch of this series when it's done. Thank you, Claudie. See ya at the the next one. Cheers!

These are my immediate thoughts…Manousos ‘s actions represent his humanity which he will protect at all costs, hence leaving money behind for things he takes because he knows those are not his things and burning his fav car before allowing the aliens to touch it…”Come back” and they send Zosia, I think the aliens are master manipulators! and yes, your cheeks turned red there at the end Claudie! 😂

Come back, Nixet! 😍

"Okay now is the moment. Off I go" would actually be hilarious on a tombstone. Manousos speech is actually so special to me. Also the pan to the "come back" broke me the first time I saw it
