The shows complete adherence to making Tyrion a purely good guy gets really annoying at times like this making his killing of Shae self defence not having Shae just be a young woman who was used by the men in power only to be killed in a jealous rage. Tyrion isn't a hero he's Tywin "Writ small"

I just think back on Old Valyria. They adopted slavery after their first war against the ancestors of the Slaver Cities. Back when they were the great Empire of Ghiscar. And at their height the Valyrians had _countless_ slaves that burned, choked, and were buried mining the depths of their 14 volcanos the Fourteen Flames. How many _legions_ of slaves were kept by the great dragon houses as fodder for their beasts? Valyria was a different monster all together, honestly if I were in Slaver's Bay I'd get out _fast_. Anytime a Valyrian has crossed that bay its spelt doom for the Ghiscari and their decendants.

You guys keep bringing up the sept grape scene, again, as far as the show runners are concerned, It wasn’t grape/didn’t happen. At any rate, the more apt complaint there is Jaime reciprocating, by this point in the books, he’s starting to really see Cersei for who she is, and separate out from her.

God, the thing that gets me most about Tyrion strangling Shae the way he did is that Tywin made the threat of strangling the next whore found in Tyrion's bed, and Tyrion did it himself, and with the chain necklace he bought for her. So fucking sad for him.
