How come the chapter length for this story is shorter than your others? Out of curiosity, I’ve found your other stories to be an average of 8000 words per chapter, and this one seems much less. Are you planning on doing more chapters than usual but at shorter lengths for this one?

Is chapter length what's important? What matters most is how well the story is written and plot events/character development are described in that length In the latter aspects I think this story trumps Lee's previous stories which follow a bit of a formulaic path which doesn't offer much divergence from the typical TBR story plotline, this one has all sorts of waves and divergences occurring here with lots of interesting character expositions imo

It's just how the chapters play out. I am planning them more meticulously because there is so much I need to remember and balance throughout the entire story rather than only a few chapters at a time. Some are longer chapters and some shorter but in all honesty, I don't really word count. The chapters end where it feels natural to. There will likely be some really long ones as we proceed

Oh, dont get me wrong, I love the story. It's probably my favourite if not number two and I cant wait to see where it goes. I just want more lmao. Everytime a chapter is poster I drop what I'm doing to read it. I was just curious as to the change that happened with this one, and what caused it.

A deadlier Harry is a better Harry! He does need someone of interests, Minnie would be great but seeing as how Harry already looks at her as his Professor that may not work. Find him a soulmate unless the plan is at some time in the future he is able to return to his own timeline with the changes he is making.

Your OCs are great. The scenes with Harry and other adults like the heads of departments, aurors, and other hit-wizards are some of my favorite. The last two scenes with Newt and then the hit-wizard meeting left me wanting more. I get your building the foundation, but I still wish there was more dialogue with Harry in that last scene. I'm more excited about the Charlus/Dorea ship, but I also don't mind Harry/Minnie . That last scene with them was pleasantly different, not forceful or anything; just casual. If the war lasts years then theres time. Great chapter!! Can't wait for some of those longer chapters to come out!

I was kinda hoping he'd be on something akin to Robotech's Skull Squadron and eventually become Skull One or Skull Leader.

I definitely prefer the simpler take that Dumbledore is hesitant to confront him because they were close, because they were friends, because they were lovers, because they shared the same dreams, and so on. That he just doesn't want to fight Grindelwald, but feels like he's going to have to, and is struggling with that. It's very human. ... I don't think something like a blood pact was ever necessary.
