how do i open the files in bambu studio nothing is working when i save them

Has anyone printed the lava dragon on the creator 5 from flashforge? I’ve tried 3 times and it’s the only print that fails ( I haven’t tried any other dragon yet ) the egg prints prefect. All other flexi s print great. Thanks for the help
