Vid walking baresoles (Patreon)

I got home from workout and decided to show on the vid of me walking in the garage and how my soles got dirty.

We are embarking on an interesting journey that is a healthy barefoot lifestyle. Having dirty soles is a reflection of where we have stepped and built a strong position in our life. The more our feet are bare… the stronger, harder, more flexible and resilient our feet become.
