I got home from workout and decided to show 1 minute + vid of my soles post walking in the garage and how my soles got dirty. I got on my knees and my soles turned up to easy look the dirt on it.

We are embarking on an interesting journey that is a healthy barefoot lifestyle. Having dirty soles is a reflection of where we have stepped and built a strong position in our life. The more our feet are bare… the stronger, harder, more flexible and resilient our feet become.
