They liked it. Tf you on about?

MayaR

My theory Fafa is the killer Soubin got all the information for this book directly from the source So they know each other Soubin is working on his second book… so needs Fafa for material for the book..

MayaR

My assumptions Soubin and Fafa haven’t met in real life When Fafa first opens the door Soubin says “who are you” Soubin knows that if the cops are called he will be an accessory for the murder of the girl in the basement because Fafa will out him Fafa when talking about the book as 6 murders and Soubin corrects him and says 5 murders Soubin takes Fafa outside but doesn’t kill him… I think the digging is for the girl in the basement

MayaR

What both of them didn’t account for was Darshana killing Soubin. So Soubin died and Fafa in the wind…

MayaR

But how does all this explain the whole box of rings questions

My comment below has spoilers look away now

Main reason I couldn’t bear this movie is soubin’s character and his acting. It’s weird that someone doesn’t care there is an intruder in the house. He didn’t want to call cops because it’s his house where the murder happened- so it’s still fine. Spoiler……. Alex’s book is based on FaFa’s killings. He is not a superfan. That’s why in the beginning, FaFa says 6 murders in the book and Soubin says 5 murders. Soubin doesn’t know about the 6th girl in the basement.

There is a promo short film for Irul called “the ripper” in Netflix YouTube channel done by a famous content team called Karikku. That short film is in fact better than the movie it was promoting . You could watch that as a watchalong. 😃
