Stolz, the name of Starks brother means pride in german. He's the pride of the family

im really curious about how they defeated the demon king.. cause usually you need a hero sword to defeat him :D i mean what would be the point of the sword existence then ? and while i dont wana crap on Himmel he is the hero but.. i cant call him a real one either.. :D he was just a regular adventurer.. so mysterius everything about this anime .. i mean there could be a theory about the sword that just cant be pull by anyone.. or the great catastrophe that would need the sword is yet to come (and it wasnt the demon king..) but thats a bit far fetched.. im also sad Stark didnt tried to pull it cause another theory is he actualy could be hero too :P

Honestly, i think that Hero's sword had more implications than it sounds. I think the quote the little pink hair girl gave. About something like the great calamity threading the world sounds more than just demons itself. Maybe? Frieren is gonna live on past Fern & Stark and be apart of the newer Hero's, but instead of demons it's something greater than it? Just a left field guess of mine.

Stark was looking at the sword because he thinks if his brother survive instead of him he could've done better things. And the sword wasn't worthy of Himmel not the other way around.
