I really appreciate all your kind messages to tell me to take it easy and relax on break, so thank you~!! ❤️I really do need that reminder...! I do feel some pressure or anxiety these days while I'm working, though I'm not sure if it's just because everyone in the world is feeling kinda that way. It probably means I (and/or maybe we) need to get up, open the windows more and get some fresh air, and exercise more.
