Thanks for the chapter. I do have a question though. If Granny gave him enough syrum to charge him up, why is his current lucrim so low? I know he doesn't need to be at his maximum/generation rate to fight and she'll give him just enough to make it through the match but is 357 going to be enough to fuel his cores?

I think your math is wrong. 3100+5500+11300+4900+5950+100 = 30800. His cores/foundation are using more than 100% of his effective lucrim, which seems weird? Because if the leeches give him -4k, the lucrim they're using can't go toward his cores, can it? Also. Tournament arc hype!

He should be at his maximum for the fights, yes. While this is potentially explicable... I think it gives the wrong impression, since this is supposed to be his status going into the tournament. I'll change it for the final version, thanks!

Hmm, I just spent entirely too much time looking over the numbers at various points. While it's possible to have cores > rate, it's not something that's supposed to apply to Rick right now. I think this is actually an error and I'll edit the chapter accordingly.

Get Hyped!!! I like that Rick is up first. I want him to demolish his opponents, but since they fight more than once he should try to hold back a little.
