I'm so happy you have sympathy for Sansa. Too many viewers seem to forget she's only 13 and start talking about how much they hate her or that they hope she gets punished for her brattiness. The two dead bodies at the wall are not White Walkers, just corpses reanimated by the Walkers. Jamie is leading half of the Lannister army, 30,000 men against Cat's father and his bannermen known collectively as the River lords. Tywin is leading the other 30,000 trying to crush Robb. Love your reactions and how much you are getting into the story. As far as the books it's probably safe to begin reading them when the show reaches season 7. Otherwise you'll really spoil yourself.

Yes, reanimated bodies are wights, the ones doing the reanimating are White Walkers. The show won't teach you this, it just something the book readers know the difference about. Not anything anyone needs to know, just some lore.

Punish Sansa!?? I'm sorry but I'm raging if I hear anyone say that... she's a CHILD. She was def a little brat for a couple episodes but who wasn't at 13!? I'm blown away by that. Why are we spoiling who is reanimating the wights in season 1?! It's still sort of a mystery at this point. Wasn't it enough to clarify that wights and white walker are not the same? Or better yet... let her figure it out by herself. Just because Licha is asking questions in her videos, doesn't mean you should answer them all.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I think you should watch the GOT season 1 history and lore video from YouTube after finishing season one. It gives a bunch of detail on the history of the universe that's not mentioned in season one, without any spoilers.

When can you start reading the books? Once you finish season 5 you will be past the books in every way. I did enjoy the books...but I would bet all of my money that they will never be finished. So reader beware.
