people hate how it ends, but I think the first 3.5 episodes are really good

Here we go!!!

WanderingBecauseLostLol

I love how we've been moving that mark back gradually since season 4 😂

Hi, please don't take this the wrong way, but can we please refrain from hinting towards future episodes or setting expectations for them? This issue has been discussed before in the community. There's a time and place for a comment like that, but not really yet, because she's not at that point yet. Edit: in fairness, perhaps I should have watched the intro first. Maybe the comment was a response to that. I'm sorry 🫣

Lucas Cespedes

Great video! I can understand why you might be confused by Jon’s real name as Aegon because Rhaegar’s other son by Elia Martell was also named Aegon

Cat Indigo

I still think Spooky Tree Guy used his magic to build The Wall, and when he died the magic started to fade. Just my uninformed opinion.

Cat Indigo

Hey, Bran, step up and have a statue for Hodor put in the crypt. He saved you so many times and what you did made him that way.

Cat Indigo

Wait Gandry said as you wish, has he seen The Princes Bride?

Dresdon

Youre having the right approach, enjoy it for what it is. Last 2 seasons may not be as good but overall, Song of Ice and Fire is still a great universe worth exploring. Now youll be able to explore all the books and extra lore out there not to mention these other shows Also the sisters not liking Dany is such bad writing. They have zero reason for it and Arya says Sansa is the smartest person ever(Based off what exactly) But she cant figure out that the north is screwed without allies and cant possibly beat the army of the north and then also go win in the south alone...uggghhh season 8 whyyyyyyy

Licha Reacts!

hahah I'm happy I'm not driving you guys crazy with my little comments 😭😂

VelvetTornado (Enrico)

I had such a strange mandela effect during the end of this episode. It's been some time, but I always could have sworn the episode ended with the scene between Sam and Jon, telling him about his identity. Guess my memory really tricked me there. 😆 I do really like that scene though, especially with the music. 🥰 And man, that scene with the dead Umber boy in the center of the symbol still makes me anxious! 😭 The atmosphere is so freaking unsettling, I love it. 😂

Funkystar

Well i get why Sansa is like that bc she has suffered at the hands at lannisters and generally people from the south who try and control the north, also she probably like every other northerner doesn’t trust dany and valid tbh, she is feeling very protective of the north and don’t want her people to be ruled by an outsider ever again. It is what it is, Jon was the same when he came to dragonstone not as testy but he didn’t want to bent for dany. Also loved how season 1 episode 1 ended with Jamie pushing bran of a window and 8 seasons later in the finale season of the show we get bran and Jamie ending the episode face to face for the second time😭😭

Funkystar

The 3 eyed raven doesn’t care for anyone unfortunately😔💔 Hodor the unsung hero🥹

Funkystar

Alright I’m gonna say it😭😭 I understand why people hate S8 and believe me I also hate it but it’s not as bad as people are making out to be personally, i binge watched the show in like 1 months soo maybe it’s not the same for me as for people who waited every week for a new episode. It very rushed yes but it’s not as bad because I’ve watched many tv show and i can say i was enjoying S8 70% more then any other season of a television show. I’m just stating a personal opinion it’s different for everyone. I don’t wanna spoil anything or hint anything but that’s all😅🤷🏾‍♂️

Funkystar

Well it never stated in detail how fast it happened maybe it took time🤷🏾‍♂️ or maybe the prince of the crown has that power I don’t know, I can get behind it if it was explained but I guess people have to make their own assumptions

Flexorcist

She do understand that, thats why she accepted Dany as Queen. But why do you expect the Starks to like the Targaryens? Last time they interacted they lost their grandfather and uncle. Thats like asking Oberyn to be nice to Tywin.

Louis

Season 8. Here we are 😑. No matter what, I still consider GOT one of the greatest television shows I have ever seen.

Itss_NattyJ

Really hate that you are going into this with negative feedback. I’m sure it’s hard to avoid the comments and will be very hard for anyone to go into it with no prejudices. But here we are and hope you’re still entertained and will able to give upbeat, entertaining reactions.

IcySystem

It's not the same as asking Oberyn to be nice to Tywin. Terrible comparison. Oberyn directly suspected Tywin to be responsible for the actions of the mountain and he was the leader of House Lannister. Dany on the other hand was what? Two years old when grandfather and uncle were killed by the mad king and she was raised on a different continent. Dany has Tyrion as Hand of the king, a person that Sansa should respect from the past (if he wasn't written like an idiot in S7 and S8 E1)...

IcySystem

I can tolerate pineapple on pizza. I can forgive ketchup on steak. It's a matter of taste. To each their own, but people who ... I better shut up now 😂 So anyways... Jon riding a dragon was cool, right? And Bran has become Winterfell's cat. Just sitting there silently judging everybody.

Flexorcist

You seem to always like direct comparisons. Likeness can also be based on situations. A family hating another because of atrocious acts by their forefathers. Oberyn dislikes Lannisters not only Tywin. Did you not see how Sana reasoned to take the Umber and Kartstarks home?

Vishnu Vatheriparambil Mohandas

The show runners trying so hard to make Daenerys look ruthless. They've been doing that since season 5 by including events that didn't happen in the books. Dany never burned any masters alive in Meereen or execute Mossador. In the books Mossador was killed by sons of the Harpy. This alone proves how the show runners are trying to make Dany look ruthless. Now with the reactions and expressions from Tyrion, a character written to be intelligent that we trust his judgement, they're trying so hard to picture Dany in a further negative light. I don't know why they can't just stick to the books.

Jordan Clark

Isn’t she planning on reading the books? Spoiler much?

Vishnu Vatheriparambil Mohandas

Sam asking Jon if he would have executed his father and brother is nonsense. Ofcourse Jon wouldn't because those are his best friend's family. Dany wouldn't execute Missandei's family if they stood in front of her for defiance. This comparison Sam did doesn't even makes sense. Jon has executed people who defied him. Janos for example. And Sam said Jon spared thousands of wildlings for not kneeling to him. When did he ask wildlings to kneel to him? Did the writers forget their own story?

Vishnu Vatheriparambil Mohandas

Sam saying that Daenerys won't give up her crown to save her people like Jon did doesn't even make sense. This is because the two scenarios are not comparable. Jon didn't even want to be the King in the North. People made him. Jon was brought up as a bastard of Ned Stark. He didn't have any ambitions. He grew up knowing that bastards can't be ambitious in this world. If he had ambitions, we would have seen him aiming to be the Lord of Winterfell from his childhood. Instead, he chose to go to the Night's Watch. Meanwhile, Daenerys is a Targaryen. Her father was a King. Her brothers were heirs. So she felt that it is her duty to bring back the Targaryen dynasty which was in power for almost three centuries. It was the burden that was bestowed upon her. And she was working for that for a very long time. And finally, she reached Westeros to take back the throne of her family. Comparing the willingness of Daenerys to give up her crown for her people to what Jon giving up his crown for Dany's support is just nonsense. But she will give up her crown for her people. Remember, when she was in Meereen and she was planning to sail to Westeros, Jorrah brought the news that the former slaves, the slaves she liberated, are being enslaved again in Astapor and Yunkai. At that point, she postponed her plans to sail to Westeros for retaking the throne. She decided to stay back in Meereen and ensure that her people are free again. That is the kind of person she is. She could have just said, I don't care about the people anymore. I am going for my throne. I am leaving this place. I have my ships and money, all the gold from these cities sufficient for my conquest plans. But instead, she stayed back to fight for the freedom of her people. So such a queen will always give up their throne or crown to save her people. Now imagine she is in Westeros and she is losing the war with the Night King and his army of the dead. Imagine that she has no more chance to win this battle and she is very sure that all her people and herself will die in this battle and there is no chance for them to succeed in this battle. In that time, if some other Targaryen or Valyrian arrived in Westeros with ten dragons and even larger army with a possibility of winning this war and if that had asked Daenerys to bend the knee, in return for his support ti save all the people in Westeros. Daenerys will surely bend the knee to that person, wouldn't she? Or do you think Daenerys will say, I don't care if all the people in Westeros die and I die, I will never bend the knee, I will not give up my crown? Do you think that is what she will do? No, she will bend the knee to that even more powerful person who has the capability of saving these people, just like what Jon did. This is how we should compare the situations, not like what Sam said.

Jordan Clark

Not really. They’re different in a lot of areas. Especially after season 4

Jordan Clark

The first half of season 8 I think is not terrible. Some things I wish were different but it’s not the worst

Morten Stenseth

Well Dany said she would protect the north before he called her his queen so obviusly he did not have to so he was a stupit twat who did it cus he loved her and to get in bed with her...... period :)

John Zimmerman

Celeste is trying to warn you about season 8. W Kitty

Abigail Buck

King Robert would have killed jon as a baby.. Ned couldn't let that information get out as jon being a targaryan baby. The only choice was for ned to protect jon and that lie.

Abigail Buck

Sansa has issues with targaryans because it was her father that killed burnt their uncle and grandfather alive. There is trust issues.. and sansa was a mean girl, she used to be nasty to people

My_Cousin_Mose

As much as I detest S7 and 8 I would very much agree.

My_Cousin_Mose

Its worth getting a bowl of popcorn for these intros.

My_Cousin_Mose

Celeste: Help I'm lost in a corner and I can't get out!

Dale Gwynn

Once the series is over I am so going to miss your reactions. This is great.... You should consider reacting to another very popular HBO series like The Sopranos. You might like that one if you like gangster tales.

Licha Reacts!

Thanks so much for being here!! ♡ That one has been recommended a lot! We'll definitely do it someday!
