sansa and co just won the north and Jon just gave it away. that's why sansa doesn't like Dany. she's wasn't being a mean girl lol.

You are looking at it as someone who followed all their lives. View it from the perspective of Sansa and Arya.. all they know is that a Targaryen from the other side of the world is claiming whole of Westeros including the North. That Queens father killed their kin. Its more far fetched that they would like her I think the comments influenced you a lot.. how would Cersei string Euron along if she is pregnant with Jaime? The only way to do that is sleep with him and make him believe the child is his

Charlie

Nooo its supposed to be dark its part of the experience

Idk, theres a difference between simply and easy. Just because it sounds simple in theory doesn't mean its going to be easy to kill the night king? It makes sense that his magic made them so killing him would unmake them. I have loved all of your reactions but it really seems like you've been analyzing every single scene as to why it "feels off" to justify everyones opinion on why these episodes are bad instead of just viewing it to enjoy the story like always.

Dresdon

All your criticisms are valid, they throw so many characters plot lines and character development out the window in these last couple seasons. I still love all things song of ice and fire but mannnnn its hard to watch this season in particular

Michael West

I have mixed feelings about this episode. On one hand it’s very intense and dramatic, but on the other the plot lines are cumbersome and difficult to hold together. The lore behind Jenny of oldstones is pretty cool. Pod does a great job singing the ballad. Florence + the Machine has a version the you can find on you tube. Still love the reaction.

Funkystar

Theon every sentence this episode made me tear up man god damn what a redemption arc they really did his character development justice!! And Brianne getting recognition as a knight was soo worth it! No more person alive deserves it more!! Truly honorable without flaw🥹

WanderingBecauseLostLol

She has lights on her face for reactions so it would be impossible for her to see what's going on.

When you make a tv show you have to let the characters be shaped by their actors and by the viewers, I haven’t read all the books (yet) but I’ve heard about a lot of the big differences in some of the characters, and George has been very vocal about his disliking of a lot of these changes. I think they lost the characters a bit by trying to appeal to the audience and had to make lots of sudden changes to have the endings they wanted. Some of them are almost too likeable now to the point where if they do anything that we dont agree with it feels out of character.

Charlie

Yeah that makes sense, as long as shes not worrying if she cant see everything. I think most of the important moments are visible enough.

O'Neil Zo Larty

"Lancel, Osny and Osmond Kettleblack and moonboy for all I know". Don't forget Lady Merryweather and one or 2 handmaidens. Book Cersei sleeps around. She uses her feminine wiles to manipulate people and not only family. Jamie is the one who is loyal.

Cat Indigo

I went back and re-watched 7x7 etc. And it danwed on me that The Mountain is Evil Hodor.

Charlie

Sometimes I struggle to tell if you’re giving a genuine criticism or just an opinion. As far as not wanting Jon to get the throne, try not to get distracted by where you think the story is going to go, I think Dany marrying Jon would be a great idea if we didn’t know he was a Targaryen.

Jblaze20

Loved the reaction, wish you didn't get influenced by the hate for s8

Malik Chapman

She keeps saying she’s just giving her honest opinion but people keep claiming she’s letting others influence her. That’s not fair.

I'm trying to understand what's so wrong with Arya and Gendry haha. She doesn't want to be a "lady" but I feel like that's a totally separate thing from her preference of partner. Pretty sure Arya is 18 at this point and Gendry is mid 20s, but I can agree that we didn't need a whole intimate scene with them. I think this episode has a lot of great moments, but all of the big character developments feel SOOO rushed. Jon dropping that truth bomb right before a massive battle was definitely a weird move (although he probably wanted to get it off his chest in case they all die).

Cat Indigo

Tyrion: to Bran were trapped in a castle... Bran nothing about Hodor the real hero. I guess us autistic guys get no love no matter how heroic we are...

Cat Indigo

As I watch these last few seasons I realized The Mountain is just Evil Hodor

Cat Indigo

Arya... we're about to die, I'm going to get some...

Not sure we can project sexual preferences onto other people based on our judgements of their character. How is Arya not being attracted to women not fitting of her character? Makes total sense she would be attracted to Gendry…have you seen him? lol He matured very well 😍. I think he might be the same age as Jon, give or take 1-2 years and Arya is maybe 18, 20 at most, by this time. I was glad they didn’t go too deep on their love scene though, we don’t need to see that.

Kayla

Sharing your own personal interpretation of a character isn’t projecting sexual preferences onto other people. You’re allowed to form your own opinion on Arya. The entire point of a reaction channel is for others to share their own opinions about the story and characters!

Itss_NattyJ

Didn’t say she wasn’t allowed to form an opinion. Sharing a reaction, one that I am paying to watch, opens up a space to discuss those opinions.

Kayla

Targaryens married each other all the time and you can’t use the “Starks don’t participate in incest” as an argument because Ned’s father was literally married to his cousin.

Kayla

Of course you can discuss those opinions. But when you open by basically saying someone is projecting sexual preferences onto everyone by sharing their own interpretation of a character, it kind of shuts down any discussion. If you instead just stated your own opinion of Arya as a character without adding the projecting part, it’s creates a better environment for discussion.

Cat Indigo

He was autistic before the brain damage, that's why he was that way to begin with.

Charlie

Yeah nothing wrong with incest thats not what I’m saying, Licha said she doesn’t like Varys and Tyrion contemplating the idea of Jon and Dany ruling together because it feels like we’re replacing her with Jon, I’m saying it only feels like that because we know he’s a targaryen.

Sansa don't want Dany as her queen. But north wants her dragons and armies to protect them, but don't want her? Doesn't make sense

Dale Gwynn

She has always had a thing for Gentry and he her, after she realized that he knew she was a girl pretending to be a boy.
