Before I watch the whole reaction (listened to the before and afterthoughts for the first movie) I just wanted to strongly suggest you stop here with this franchise. They go downhill from here, and it's best to end on the high note.

you can watch the third one its no where near as bad as people make it out to me but stop there the rest aren't good.

Wonderful reaction! I’d be down with you watching the 3rd one. Not sure I’d go any further after that. Also, if you’re taking suggestions. May I suggest Arrival (2016) if you haven’t seen it

Is this Theatrical ?

The rest of them have no Cameron involvement (besides Dark Fate as a producer), and they're all pretty much terrible from this point on. Stop here and let this live on as the ending to the series, as was Cameron's intention.

This was a lot of fun. I love how animated you are in your reaction. I think Arnie’s acting was so much improved in this movie (and he certainly had more lines than in the first movie) even though he was still playing the part of a cyborg. John Connor’s part could have been cast better…not a fan of Edward Ferlong’s performance. I understand your hesitation at continuing on with next movies in the series…this movie is so good, it’s hard to top it. And they don’t, honestly. But I would like to see your reaction to T3. It’s still a fun ride, with a little bit of a twist, and some pretty amazing EFX. But after T3, don’t go any further. You’ll just be disappointed.

I absolutely endorse Arrival (which locked me in as a Denis Villeneuve* fan) as well as Sicario, Blade Runner 2049 but especially Dune: Part One + Dune: Part Two!) (* Pronounced as: ‘Denee Vill-nerv’ but the r is silent)

Timothy Squiers

I would suggest that you watch the third one and then stop. It's not as good as the first one but it's still worth a look.

Back in the day Robert Patrick wad a phenomenal runner... there are youtube clips from commentary by James Cameron and others involved in the making of the movie and they all say they had the car/bike going slower in first takes of the scenes when he is chasing them on foot and had to redo the scenes with the vehicles going faster because Robert Patric was too fast and actually catching up to them faster then intended...

As for the other movies... I agree with the others in this comment section - the first two (made by James Cameron) are the only two that are really good and you can stop after these two as far as the reaction chanel goes... after this one there would be Terminator 3 which takes place a couple of years after T2 judgement day and it's basic concept is pretty much the same: previous success in trying to secure the future have been in vain and Arnold returns as protector of a now older John Connor and his advisory is even more advanced than the t1000 was... overall it was a cashgrab and a huge letdown for fans of the original and T2. The next movie they made was "Salvation". It involves no time travel. Instead it is set in the future and shows sort of the origin story of the T800 series, it doesn't feature Arnold Schwarzenegger since this movie was made during his tenure as governor of California during which he was officially retired from acting. Next would be Terminator Genesys which was sort of a soft reboot of the franchise: Kyle Reese travels back to 1984 in order to protect Sarah Connor (just as in the first movie) only to find that Sarah is already a warrior who is protected by a reprogrammed T800 (Arnold) and they battle a T1000 first and then travel to 2017 to fight skynet which is no longer a military thing but a globally available operating system (free for everyone on all kinds of devices) - to me personally this was the best out of all the movies after T2, mainly due to it's well placed humor and the nostalgia (some iconic scenes have been recreated and de-aging put to good use) although for many complain about the role of Sarah Connor was miscast (Emilia Clarke). The last movie is dark fate which I believe ignores every movie that has come out after T2 (due to Cameron's involvement as a producer in this one) and in it we discover that judgement day was in fact delayed due to the events of t2 but not fully avoided. The threat is another now (not skynet but legion) and humanity's savior is another now too (not John Connor but Dani Ramos)... other than that it's the same thing again... an advanced Terminator is sent back by legion to kill Dani, who is protected by Sarah Connor and a friendly T800.... While Terminator 3, Salvation and Genisys were at least financially a success, none of them were truly well received by the fans and critics - dark fate was even a bomb at the box office and we haven't heard anything (theatrically) of the franchise since

Fun fact about this movie, it involves a few twins... in the scene in the garage when they open Arnold's head to unplug the chip he is sitting in front of a mirror to give the scene some extra movie magic - thing is, it's not a mirror at all... Linda Hamilton is working on a puppet that looks like Arnold and is sitting in front of the supposed mirror... meanwhile Arnold is sitting opposite this puppet, playing the supposed mirror reflection... and Linda Hamilton's twin sister Leslie is playing Linda's mirror reflection "working" on the actual Arnold... Leslie is also in the playground scene (she is the young mother in the red-ish summer dress while Linda is the woman in the military attire, yelling through the fence... Another pair of twins is in the mental institution: when the warden walks up to the coffee machine and the T1000 rises from the floor to copy him - that's not editing or CGI having two of them there, those are twin brothers acting in the scene
