Kate Siegel (Theo) is an incredible actress, but she was particularly good in this episode. You’ll like her in Midnight Mass (another mini-series) and Hush. Both are Mike Flanagan projects. By the way, Siegel is married to Flanagan

Glad your fiber service is working so well for you. When the newest and greatest national brand name fiber service was installed in our area my adult son couldn't wait to get it as he is a big gamer and internet aficionado in the league of you and some others on here. I knew what was going to happen when he did it as I have never had a positive experience with this national brand name company with phone service, TV service or anything else. Sure enough in 3 months he ditched it and went back to Spectrum. I even once had a TV satellite Company installer who was putting in new service tell me NOT to use their internet service and to stay with Spectrum. ( No I'm not a Spectrum shill .) I understand your aggravation at having to decipher the technical specifics of your individual situation to figure out how to make your paid for service actually work. It is just crazy how national brand name companies can vary so widely in quality from one area to the next.

An awesome Theo monologue. Some great monologues in this show. Yeah, that was Nell who appeared and screamed in the car. It's as if Nell was pissed at the Shirley/Theo tense conversation.

Nell was mad at her sister's arguing. And yelled at them to stop. Best jump scare ever.

Nell is doing whatever she can to hold the family together. Her appearance in the car is similar to her casket falling over during Steve and Hugh’s argument in the funeral home. (Her work continues in forthcoming episodes.)
