Yep, ahsoka really starts to shine here while still showing she's got a lot to learn. And Padme having a gun and taking the shot is the most Padme/Leia thing ever.

Some characters in like in this one. Padmé , anakin, ahsoka yoda but mostly the 2 villains ( they rarely appear)

Ziro the Hutt

Been running behind so not caught up on Clone Wars the last week. Season 3 though is where it transcends from a good Star Wars show, to a great one! Some bangers to come later in the season (and next episode!), and into 4 and 5. We see here that Ahsoka is opening upto the force even more now, as she is growing up and becoming a bit more experienced. She isn't sure how to respond though, and we see her questioning herself and showing a lot of vulnerability at times; though Padme and Yoda helping her see that path ahead, to ensure Aurra Sing does not succeed. I like this episode a lot for Ahsoka. That fragility under the surface, is what a lot of teenagers feel as they try to work out who they are, and who they could become. Its very much a coming of age episode for her as she gets into her mid-teens. She overcomes some of that fragility here, but she has still a long way to go to be Jedi Knight material; but she is on the right path thats for certain. Shame we don't really see much from Mon Mothma in the show, but her story is for later, so perhaps they wanted to save her stuff for then, though we do get quite a lot of Bail, who will be with her, in many media also. They foiled my main boy Ziro's plot though, boo!!! That won't stop the greatest Hutt in the galaxy though!! :D

I wonder if its call back to Return of the Jedi, when the stormtroopers surround Han and Leia on Endor, but she has her gun hidden, and it completes the phrase from Empire Strikes Back "I love you..." - "I know..."

it's so funny that you assumed Ziro is a she, that's a whole man! 🤣

It's like poetry; it rhymes.

I bet there's no place in the galaxy that feels as safe for a young padawan as Yoda's meditation quarters.

Lol it took me a while to follow was being referred to.
