Hey everybody,

I thought I'd slip in this short video about the beach. This footage is from last year and has been sitting on my computer for a while so thought I'd do something useful with it before removing it to make space for larger projects. As always, I appreciate your patronage so much:)

About the BEACH - Calm Talk

Relax as I talk about how the beach affects me. This is video 519 of this channel and is best enjoyed when using headphones or ear buds. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Too much stress is harmful to your well-being and in today’s fast-paced world, stress management is more important than ever, and so I hope this ASMR video acts as a stress reliever for those watching and a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time falling asleep. If you enjoy my videos and feel like you get something of value from them, you might consider becoming an official “patron” of my channel over at my Patreon page. Love this and epic sunset! Nice to see the occasional videos that get you out in the wild: the woods, biking, etc. The one where you visit the historic cemetery is actually one of my very favorites.

I think everyone enjoys being on the beach... well maybe not Nevil Shute, but everyone else.

I think I'd like to read that book someday.

It's well written, but very depressing and a bit dated. If fiction featuring nuclear war is a genre of writing you find interesting, I recommend Alas, Babylon by Pat Frank (1954). Also a bit dated now, but hopeful rather than hopeless, and still thoroughly enjoyable. Also, The Last Ship by William Brinkley (not to be confused with the TV series of the same name). Comparable to Herman Melville in many ways.
