[Episode Izar] Progress Update X (Patreon)

Greetings,

last week I kept rendering and scripting a bit. I created the 2D UI elements I talked about last progress updated and also used them. They are a bit simpler than I initially planed them to be, but that way I can incorporate them much easier. Two more scenes are nearly finished. A few shots need a bit more postwork, but I think I can get it done later today.

I started to work on the first animation (non-lewd) where some simulations are needed. I will work on at least one more next week. That one will be a bit trickier. I'm not even sure how to tackle that one yet. It also depends on how 'intensive' I want it to be.

On a totally cough unrelated matter cough. Do you need an option to disable 'minor' gore content. I haven't decided if I'll need to add such an option because until now no one even had complained about the currently implemented 'violence'.

Hardware hiccup

I had a bit of a hardware hiccup this weekend. For some reason my SSD disappeared in windows on runtime. First off, no worries, everything is backed up, no files or progressed lost. But this is still my working drive and it obviously bothers me. It took a few restarts and various attempts to get the SSD back but at least at the moment I have it back. What exactly caused the issue, I don't know. If it was the mainboard, the SSD itself or some software maybe, I can't tell right now. However, I'm glad for my backup solution that even if something would have happened, I still wouldn't have lost any progress. I'll order a new SSD just in case, even if the health status of the 'old' is perfectly fine.
