[Episode Izar] Progress Update XI (Patreon)

Greetings,

last week I progressed on 2 big scenes. One is nearly finished and the other is sort of in the middle. I couldn't tackle the animation sequence I talked about last time and I'll revert to making it static images for the moment. Sort of in-between key frames. When I'm finished with the update I'll check again if it's worth to convert the scene into a animation or if the static images do the trick. What I 'noticed' I created more shots for the tense scenes than I initially planed. I felt that the key moments were too short and too fast over. I hope to create more tension this way while not extending them to much. As this shots are mostly just images and no dialogue it shouldn't feel stretched.

Preview images

I'm not sure this is worth a own section but I do have the time today to write a few more sentences. At the moment I'm at the stage of rendering the scenes before 'impactful' moments and therefor could collect quite a few good teasing shots that don't spoil the story too much. At least I think so. Therefor I already have a few preview images for the next few weeks in case I can't choose any images from that week if they are too 'spoilery'.

Still some technical problems

I already wrote last week I had technical issues with my pc build and it seems to continue a bit. I updated all drivers, checked everything as best as I could but it still behaves a bit odd at times. I updated the bios and needed 5 restarts until it finally came back on and since then it's running again. Don't know what caused the problems. However, since then the mainboard is showing a different debug code and the research to this isn't very helpful. Everyone says something different. I'm getting a bit worried. I still have my second machine in case something happens but well...I'll keep doing my backups and see will have an eye on what's happening with my pc but it's kinda frustrating to fear your pc might break for no obvious reason.
