Sidharth (시드하르트)

I just realized that I got the wrong music and the wrong show when I commented on the previous episode. That "oh yeah" was from EXChange and not Single's Inferno. Hahahaha I guess I just watched too many Korean dating shows. So, Aaron, I will provide you information about the show they're talking about so you will understand it. Here in this episode, they talked about two different dating shows. So, we have Single's Inferno and EXChange. Single's Inferno is a typical dating show that participants join to seek romance with strangers, while in EXChange, participants join that show because either they want to seek new romance or they want to reconnect with their ex. So, there are like five ex-couples joining in that show, but with a twist of not informing other participants who their exes are. So, during the X-pa room segment, aespa finds it funny because it resembles "Ex-room" (or x-room) in EXChange. It's a room open for all the participants halfway through the show. Ex-couples will talk in a room with a see-through curtain between them, where they will decide if both of them want to reconsider dating again or not and choose if they want to look inside the "Ex-room." Just like the X-pa room, it is a room that contains meaningful memories between the couples, like pictures, handwritten letters, and gifts between them, and even the setup made it look like the place where they used to hang out. Other couples in the show can't help but cry. That's why aespa finds it funny, because they started with a dating concept and unexpectedly turned it into a show about ex-couples.
