Before his debut, Seungri was well known for his dancing in his hometown, and he was confident in that area. However, his skills weren't quite on par with Taeyang and GD, who had been training as trainees for a long time. That said, he had a talent for choreography creation and would often contribute to BIGBANG's choreography. Over time, though, he gradually lost interest in dancing, and in the later years he even said on a variety show that he had "quit dancing," which caught the other members off guard. In fact, he ended up showing the most notable decline in dance skills among all the members.
