As a half Italian I can confirm that side of my family is very closely knit. I’m glad Araki does his time to understand what he puts into his Manga. This has to be my favorite episode of part 2. I know a lot of people might not agree considering the next episode but I loved this fight.

I think it's so realistic how quickly they bonded, and how easily it can just all blow up in your face. Friendship can be a volatile thing, and although they clearly care, when they know so little about each other (including their past), it's easy to pull the wrong strings.

AGREED - they both bonded through trauma and had an immense amount of respect for each other. humans say dumb things when emotions are high like that
