Not everyone in SBR is someone from a previous part. A lot of the best characters are completely original, so don't worry too much about trying to figure all of the references out. All of the characters who are alternate versions will be pretty obvious, at least in my opinion.

Part 7 is widely regarded among manga readers as the best part btw and I agree with that statement. The animation looks insane and I think if done correctly this will be the best part in the anime BAR NONE.
