Smart Kaboose

What a great Thursday morning video :)

A nice mini break from the craziness that is AOT!! 😭😂

Leave it to Reigen 💪

The only character I like nearly as much as Reigen in all of fiction is Nagito Komaeda. While I don't care for the first game at all, I highly recommend the series Danganronpa. I watched the anime for the first season, but didn't care much for it. Under the advice from a friend, I played the second game and discovered the only character I like as much as Reigen. For very different reasons though. IYKYK.

Yesss my goat Reigen!! I love that man so much. Yes, he's a con artist, but he legit cares about Mob. It's also wild because Mob is just a kid who basically has the power of a god for some reason, and it's such a potentially massive destructive power. And Reigen, a random dude with no powers (except Talk no Jutsu) is the one who is the best role model and positive adult figure for him. At the same time, Reigen is also a con artist, and does take advantage of Mob sometimes. But I like how this show lets people be complete people, flaws and all. I think there's a really great lesson / real life parallel in here about how guys really benefit from and need positive adult male role models when they're kids.

Going from AOT to this makes me wonder if Reigen could talk Eren out of committing mass murder and terrorism 🤔 Also, this show only gets better from here imo.

I want to say something but I can't, because of AoT spoilers :D

vaughman!!

Reigen really is just one of the best anime characters of all time 🥹🫡

For the record, it is not true that moss only grows north. Do not use this advice if lost in the woods.

Seeing Reigen being the reliable adult, and taking the immense weight off Mob's shoulders is so satisfying. He does not overdo the violence, he uses the power he's lent to allow himself the freedom to put these bad guys in their place. He could have easily killed them, but it goes against his beliefs. It's clear he wants to let Mob grow up like a regular kid. I also like the metaphor brought to life, that feelings contained can overflow, but having someone to share them with allow you both to have a clearer picture and find the answer.
