MAAAANNN seeing them reunited (although all as VERY different characters) really hit different 🥺

Who would've thought ever since starting Attack on Titan, that Jean would end up being one of my favourite characters?

This has become my favorite part of the day😅

I’ve waited an hour cuz I forget Sweden is 1 hour before the uk

Theo

I think u missed a post credit scene last episode

Jean grew on me too. I really grew fond of him by the end of his arc, he comes such a long way. "Hange, I'll always be a scout." Made me love him.

So yeah, Connie was never bright or at top of class, he's just your average guy in so much pain with everything he's lost. He was furious at Armin for inadvertently suggesting his mom wasn't important, so Armin offering his life to save her snapped him back to his senses and realizes that the things he was doing would have just made things worse. It got his feet back under him. Connie can take longer to get somewhere than most, but he eventually comes around because he's got a good heart. You forgot when u were talking about Connie's joking needing to return -- the VERY next time we see Connie, they find Annie and he immediately becomes normal old Connie, he starts laughing and teasing her relentlessly. Soooo... he's gonna be okay. (Also, that scene of Annie just being a normal girl stuffing her face with pie -- i love that so much.)

We are so close to the end! Keep on keeping on Steph 📦👶🌧️💀👍👻!!!!

I love Hange as the perfect hostess. Trying to get people to break bread together instead of killing each other, lol. This was not McGath's greatest moment, but in his defense he's pissed that he lost all his troops and the battle, the people who made that happen are now trying to say they want to help, and he's reeeally drunk right now. I didn't see Reiner as necessarily making excuses, I think he wanted to be punished. He's driven by guilt and self-loathing, and goading Jean into delivering judgment. It was a wonderful episode -- they needed to air all their feelings before they could be a team. So cathartic, and everyone was heard. But some things were still not answered -- like, what happens if Eren won't stop?

Yeeee I recorded these after I saw ur guys’ messages 😭 my editor says it’s fine as Ep 23’s End credits scene is showing magath and pieck meeting with hange and Levi anyways. It’s a shame I missed it FML

Otaku Steph

YES. His unrealistic dream at the start tugged at my heartstrings a bit too much 😭😭

Otaku Steph

HAHA YE we’re still on BST timezone until October I believe!

Otaku Steph

OMIGOSH YES THE PIE SCENE LOOOL how did i forget 😭 i think he’s one of the most relatable characters - not super special and just loves his damn family. I’m glad Armin helped bring him back to his senses, my god

Otaku Steph

YEEE it’s understandable considering how many people he’s seen massacred cos of Eren. He’s always seemed the most aware of how unjust and flawed Marley’s history is, so I was initially disappointed he was talking down to my boi Jean 😌 BASICALLY EVERYONE IS FUCKED COS EREN IS OP AND DOESNT HAVE TO LISTEN TO ANYONE

NissanZaxima

"It wasn't his choice" in regards to Armin. It really wasn't any of their choices but they still ended up doing them. Magath's exact line with Willy was "I have no doubt that Eldians are the spawn of the devil. But I am also sure that we are devils ourselves". Regarding Jean and Reiner, as much as Jean wanted to pummel Reiner, Reiner wanted to be pummeled just as much. It goes back to what Bertholdt said in episode 5 of this season, with the old man who hung himself, "He wanted someone to judge him".

Smart Kaboose

I love the campfire episode. I always just wanted these characters to talk about who they are and what theyre doing and why. And they finally got to. This episode feels like the calm before the storm. Cant wait to see how you feel about the last few episodes :)

Steven

You better get some tissues for what's about to happen girl

SophIsDumb

My favourite big group of characters in the show

SophIsDumb

Next couple of episodes are actual cinema, we’re nearly finished 😔

Naiyt

> Who would've thought ever since starting Attack on Titan, that Jean would end up being one of my favourite characters? Yessss! The pipeline of Jean Hater to Jean Stan is so relatable. Same with Reiner. (Although the Reiner pipeline is more like Love -> Hate -> Love.)

2026-09-06 19:00 The Jaegerists really are a textbook example of fascism in action. But let's not talk just about the horrible stuff again. I love the shared humanity we experience in these episodes. And my god, I love Onyankopon. I think he is so extremely important as an example of almost an everyman from a country that isn't directly involved in the core conflict.

Edit: I can't believe I seemingly have to clarify this but: You can like characters even if they are in the wrong. This isn't a personal attack on you and differences in opinion can be had without resorting to rude rhetoric. My reasoning for the claim that the Jaegerists are a fascist uprising: - Creating ethno-nationalistic In- and Outgroups - Seeking to eradicate other schools of thought by imprisonment and ultimately execution. - They are a very deliberate mirror to the goings on in Marley, even utilizing armbands to visually indicate the nature of people, and by extension of course the use of such markings in RL in the Third Reich. - Very much like many examples of fascism, they rise from an environment that had them treated as expendable, their lives being "thrown away" for reasons they, rightfully, don't view as adequate. - They are a massively militant group, resorting to ultra violence by choice to rule through fear and terror. - And, of course. They literally celebrate a world wide genocide. Thank you for coming to my non AI presentation. Remember, it's not AI, I'm just a German dude struggling with formulating longer texts in english. >_>

In the military it's common for officers to create an After Action Report (AAR) after a combat engagement. No doubt, Hange or Levi created an AAR report after the raid on Liberio that Yelena probably read.

I think Jean is ALMOST the character that was universally disliked as "that annoying Jerk" and through the seasons grew on everyone as actually being fairly sensible, to just outright a top 5 contender for tons of people. Also am I blind and just missed Episode 22/23 somewhere?

Drift3r

"The Jaegerists really are a textbook example of fascism in action." You don't know what you are talking about. Jaegerists have ZERO to do with fascism. They are no different than any other group of people who have rallied to fight for their nation/people against foes want to wipe them out.

I mean I can recall a moment or two where Mikasa threw Eren against a wall or punched him in the face, so I wouldn't say she is incapable of hurting him either

Kevincho

I can't find the reaction for 4x22 and 4x23... anyone else?

Kevincho

my bad, im so dumb

vantablacknl

hey you have 2 previous episodes missing in this playlist

Russell Gambardella

I think another reason Mikasa acted so cold toward Louise, whether it be unconscious or deliberate, is that Louise's unwavering dedication reminds Mikasa of her behavior towards Eren. In the midst of a bit of an identity crisis herself, she might be a little disgusted by the lack of thought she previously gave towards Eren, thus would also be disgusted by Louise's idolized dedication towards her.

Connie needed that laugh during the pie scene so badly! ❤️

lola

jean is top tier husband material LMAO but that scene of him at 1:01:39 where he is covering his ears behind the tree omg 🙁🙁 sweetie

Jair Navas

24:00 the beautiful scenery, My boy bringing up Marco. The music is just so good as well!! And leading up to Magath staring down Yelena was wild lmao. Great reaction!

Orapac

Its funny that Episode 25 is the "We need to save a shit load of money and time for the animation budget" episode lol.
