I’d love to see a transformation video about an ordinary young man who is forced into the world of triathlon. At first, he has no interest in the sport and hates the demanding training regimen. His strict coach puts him through intense swimming, running, and cycling workouts, gradually reshaping his body into that of a lean, muscular endurance athlete.
As part of the transformation, the coach shaves his head for better hydrodynamics. He is upset by the loss of his hair and struggles to accept his new appearance. However, as the training continues, he becomes stronger, fitter, and more confident. Over time, his resistance fades, and he starts to embrace both his bald look and his new athletic lifestyle. By the end, he genuinely loves being a triathlete and can’t imagine going back to his old self.
