Love this movie, and loved the commentary! A note though, Mel Gibson was born and raised in New York until he was 12 when he moved to Australia, so he is indeed an American.

While searching for the movie I came across 1998's The Patriot staring Steven Siegal. Apparently his first straight to DVD movie. I watched most of it, its bad. Free on youtube.

I have never seen this movie,but watching it for the first time with the commentary and it made me feel freedom bruther,watching mel gibson going rambo on those red coats and duel wielding is sick and that cannonball shot kill is sick,it makes me want to play Assassins Creed III (set in the american revolution),but man I felt the length of this movie it’s longer than lotr,it’s a damn good time for the 4th of July to be an american USA USA 👍🗡️🇺🇸 also 1917 the movie is pretty good,I love the one take shots of a soldier running across the battlefield.Saving Private Ryan is also a good movie,felt like a call of duty movie.

Next 4th of July, it's a good idea to do Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. I know you're curious as I was, and it's OK for a dub. I loved this dub, lots of Freedom talk, lots of alternate scenarios in which this movie turns into a 2000s action movie. Y'all make me salute with pride, boys. Woo-wee!

Highly suggest that you check Michael Douglas 1993 L.A. based film "Falling Down". Is a must watch, specially because you guys are from California as well.

nothing better than coming home after a 4th of july fireworks show to watch the newest jaboody commentary, thank you boys! The scene towards the beginning where him and his 2 toddlers took out 20 trained soldiers was too funny. Also RIP to rad rat dudes great great great grandpa

Maaaan this movie was loooooooooooong. The fighting in this was pretty cool at times, but mostly was just very frustrating with all the standing still and taking shots or Dilfoy literally being john wick and killing 10 dudes and escaping when he's ambushed. Also it's wild how much lewie underestimates the power of a musket shot. Dude really thinks some books would stop them when those shots could legit decapitate people.
