Update: Amazon (Patreon)

I'm currently in need of crossed fingers and prayers! I logged into my KDP publishing account today and was faced with an 'Account Closed' screen, and a URL that says 'terminated'. 

I haven't received any emails on the matter, and no responses from my inquiries. My books continue to be for sale in the store, which is the unusual part; usually, a banned account has its content removed instantly. Some other authors have suggested that it's a glitch, but at this time, I cannot access my publishing account, and there is a chance that my whole catalogue will go down once this 'review' (if there is one) is processed. 

I just wanted to give you all a warning. This is very, very scary for me; my literal worst nightmare. My option to contact Amazon via phone has been revoked and trying to call from another account just gets me someone telling me I have to call from the proper account. 

I'm a bit scatterbrained at the moment, waiting desperate for some reply from Amazon. 

The fact that my books are still for sale gives me some hope that this is a glitch. All I can do now is wait for some verdict. Amazon is about 80% of my income, Patreon being the rest. I'm trying to figure out what could have gotten my account into trouble. I guess I have to wait to find out. Maybe I've been too taboo with my content. Maybe they're beginning a new crackdown on erotic content. I'm trying not to think of worst-case scenarios right now. I'll keep everyone updated. 

EDIT: Per advice from Jane Futa, who has gone through the same issue, I will have to go through and delete the books published here that are also published on Kindle Unlimited. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I will still make sure new free books get posted here; I just have to get them properly off of Amazon first!
