Updates (Patreon)

So my hard drive crashed and I hadn't backed it up recently. This combined with all the other things involved with moving has made me a bit absent cause I hate to admit when I can't accomplish things.

The hard drive is going to cost me $1500 to repair (yes, I got multiple quotes before settling on that one).

I'm not sure how long the repair is going to take but I have another hard drive on the way so I can start working on photos again while I wait to get everything else back.

If you sent me a message, I promise I will be responding to it first thing tomorrow.

Emotionally, I've been a bit of a roller coaster. Too much input I think. Way too much input on every front. 

I'm pretty sure I've done more dropbox updates than the one listed below but  I've been doing a terrible job keeping track. If anything comes to mind, I'll be sure to include it in the next update .

As for what's going on in my life: 

*I got a job that I like a lot. I'm strongly resisting the urge to work all the time so I can spend more time on creative things.

*I tried out for Rose City Roller Derby. I didn't do as well as I hoped but I totally agree with the aspects of their assessment and I'm going to work super hard to advance. I start going to practices this week.

*My basement abode is looking pretty decent, it's at least pretty comforting so far. Next week I head to Arizona to get the remainder of my belongings out of storage.

*I tried to date but quickly found it to be way more stress than I need right now. Until my finances catch up and I catch up on my other obligations, I'm just going to put dating on the back burner despite the debilitating loneliness.

*I submitted a set to SuicideGirls. I always wanted to be on the site but was always too intimidated to submit anything. I hope it gets approved.

*Copper got fleas for the first time ever and we had to go to the vet to take care of it. This means I will likely have to take all 3 of the cats into the vet before I bring them up here in 2 weeks because I don't want to deal with all the risks involved with them not being fully vaccinated and treated and being to exposed to my roommates' cats who have not received the same.

*I really want to put more focus into gifs and video this year.
