After two days of voting, there is a clear cut winner of each of the single vote and multi-vote polls! The winners happen to be different games, so now begins the second round of voting, where you have one day to decide which of the winners will be the next Patreon Bonus Series!

I know you like blind playthroughs but sometimes Terraria is really fun to spec towards a specific class, especially because then you can always replay the game and pick another class. Here's an example of some recommended loadouts at each progression stage: https://terraria.fandom.com/wiki/Guide:Class_setups Mage is my personal favourite for active gameplay, and summoner is the most fun to play it like a pure bullet hell in some bosses Also it's way more fun to play in expert mode, because you get unique items from each boss that really help make the gameplay more fun.

If Terraria wins, please be aware that this game might require you to take peeks at the wiki for maximum fun. The game has its own info system in the form of an npc showing you crafting options for materials you have, but that's not nearly enough reach to weigh your options. Also there are two wikis; one being kinda abandoned by the fanbase after some sort of change was made to the system.

I also played terraria as a lot of people and it's a great game, but in my opinion it's not as good for watching someone else play it.

I feel like Terraria is gonna flop, so I'm voting frost punk all the way. It's a difficult game to play blindly, and can be difficult without friends. To watch someone so new to the game play, I think viewer retention will be difficult to maintain.

I loved watching Tyler's Frostpunk series on YouTube; it felt like watching a movie through the whole thing and he really seemed to enjoy playing it. Hopefully it wins, but Terraria is still a great game and between Tyler and his great editors, it will almost guaranteed be wonderful to watch.

I've personally found it quite fun watching Tyler pick up Factorio although it's definitely not the same as a game where I'm discovering it with him. I guess different things for different people :3

I'm worried it won't be fun to watch. I don't wanna sit through a 4 month playthrough of terraria. I have faith in Tyler and his team, but I don't have much faith in terraria lol. Great game, not fun to watch imo

Fingers crossed for Frostpunk. With all due respect, I don't understand why Terraria received so many votes. I really don't think it fits with Tyler's style of commentary or playthroughs, as it's much more adventure/exploratory with less strategy and reasoning. Plus, as others have said, there are tons of other YouTubers out there creating content for Terraria. The original Frostpunk series on Tyler's channel was incredible and I would absolutely love to see it continued.

Agreed. I've tried to watch several playthroughs of it before and I always just get super bored within the first few episodes. Even for playthroughs made by some of my favorite gaming creators, like EthosLab!

@Dan Kolonay I feel like VVVVVV and DoFaI both worked well because they had clearly defined goals other than "just explore, build, survive, and eventually beat a boss". While that sounds like it describes, Factorio, I think Factorio is different because it's always clear what you need to do next. Tyler is excellent at strategizing, picking up new skills, and grinding towards a goal, but I don't see either him or us enjoying a playthrough of such an open-ended game as Terraria.

2026-09-05 14:00 I'd love to see Tyler try out Terraria, but if it doesn't end up being a good series, I'd want to have a vote to decide if he should keep playing. Last thing I want to see is Tyler begrudgingly grind through the entirety of a game he isn't enjoying

Could just be people who don't like Frostpunk, so might as well pick a game they do like. To me, Frostpunk was pretty boring. I voted on a bunch of things that seemed interesting, and Terraria made it here. So I'll be picking the game I care more about in this 1v1. I agree that it has a chance to fall flat, but to me that's better than knowing I get something I dislike.

Tyler has his way of being that, no matter the game, i will still enjoy the content. It's the reason I created a Patron account in the first place, and he will probably be the only one i subscribe to, for a long time at least. So don't despair, the creator is super, the game is super, the content will surely be better than we all expect, and the editor is always very inspired, i'm sure you'd love this series too :)

I'm sure the content itself will be great for a lot of people! It's just that for me not so much... I will support Tyler anyway, didn't watch factorio all that much as well, but if he's happy with the game choice I will be too, just not gonna watch it :) Just as other comment mentioned, hope he's not gonna grind it for the people :D

TERRARIA TIP: the guide is worse than loading screens, loading screens are actually useful & the wiki is your best friend.

I just got around to actually beating Terraria the other day. It's a special kind of hell, but Tyler might be just the right person to enjoy it blind. Literally anyone else I'd say to have someone guide you or do a lot of research (generally making it bad for let's play) as you go.

Apparently he hated card shark (as entertaining as it was), so I think he usually just sticks it through if the audience is enjoying it. I can understand why the game wasnt enjoyable though
