Hello again familia 🫶

We're jumping right back into Twinkling Watermelon with episode 4! 🍉✨

The last episode left off on a hook..🪝 Eun-gyeol ran into cello girl aka Se Kyung, and he almost looked starstruck to see her but since he's in 1995, she obviously had no idea who he was. 🤭

Also Eun-gyeols dad and mom finally crossed paths as well! 🙌 Their destiny feels a little bit closer! 💞

& in this episode we got to learn so much more about Se Kyung and her relationship with her father, Viva Grandpa. AND we may have learned how Eun Gyeol’s dad ended up losing his voice....

Guys they literally said Se-kyeong (the cello girl/ajumma) is adopted meaning her dad that teaches (the professor) isn’t her biological father haha, I’ll leave the rest out. The chairwoman at school, it was mentioned in the earlier episodes when the bullies were mocking Cheong ha (eungyeol’s mom) that she didn’t need to worry about her future because she’s the daughter of the school’s chairwoman so she’s significant to the story line.

I'd probably go back to the past, knowing what I know now and make some things better. But I do wonder which parts of my life I can still change and which parts will still continue to happen regardless.. or results will still be the same no matter how it gets there.

Thank you for the reaction! I know you still getting confused by some bits but hopefully it clears up in future hehe. QOTD: Not sure really. Even if I got to past, except maybe 1 even I would not change anything else cuz even if bad I am here through that and have met some amazing people irl during those times. And future idk.. maybe haha, but I am not that curious too lol. So yea idk maybe I'll not time travel haha. Can I maybe teleport instead lol? I can go to vacations then haha.

Also she learned cell0 bcz her mothers biological daughter room had cello in it meaning she played it and then she started doing things that the biological daughter would do instead of what she would do

This cast is literally amazing they learned to sing and learned to play instrument and even sign language for these roles the behind the scene of them learning it is just awesome too

So...I don't think this would be a spoiler since is it already kinda explained in the show....Se-Kyeong (Ajumma) is adopted which means her biological parents are different from the ones she is living with (ofcourse lol). Also, when she gave the guitar to Eun-Gyeol in the future she mentioned she never came back to Korea from US until Viva Grandpa's death, and in this episode her Adopted Mother mentions that her father (Adopted father) is asking them to come to the US since he will be continuing as a professor there...which would mean that he was in US when the actual father (Viva Granpa) dies...hence, no, they are not the same person. The one she said abandoned her/was in bunny costume/brought her flowers is the biological father aka Viva Grandpa and the professor/man we saw in the flashback is the adopted father Sorry for such a lengthy explanation...just want to make sure you are going in with the right perspective so its less confusing for you because that's why you could see Se-Kyeong angry when Eun-Gyeol mentioned that his father who plays guitar is his tutor and she was happy when her mother was talking about the father who is in the US. It will start becoming less confusing with future episodes....bear with the first few episodes we will help with any confusion😅

TBH Ha Lee chan is a very cheerful character for the way he grew up -without parents and also seems like he puts his grandma first instead of his own life he wants to start earning money that’s why he’s working part time job too so his grandma would get back her restaurant and many people are offended by the way he treats eun gyeol but like you guys said about how you would feel if someone comes from future , from Lee Chans perspective eun gyeol is a scammer who tried to take advantage of him and is always saying things like your love will not fulfill , your wasting time making band instead of studying and all that , I would have not even allowed him to stay in my home after all that but yi chan is still being compassionate towards him it’s very easy to dismiss him as annoying when he’s acting like a kid but there’s more to his character
