We are in the third month of this year.

In terms of writing, I’m still doing well I think. That over 30 day streak has clearly helped with my discipline and I’ve managed to keep updating consistently enough that I actually have something of an unofficial schedule down to the time I tend to post updates. I hope you’re all still enjoying that.

Now I’m not going to talk politics but damn do things seem bleak right now. Just feels like things are getting worse and worse to the point that I find myself genuinely worrying for the future pretty god damn often. Its mad annoying since its even crossing into my own writing time which should really be my time of peace since I’m detaching from reality and just getting lost in my imagination. All that is to say, that if I don’t update, comment, or respond to anything within a week period, just assume your dear author here is dead and or fighting for his life.

Seeming more likely everyday. Fuck this timeline for real. On that note, I hope all of you, wherever you are in the world, are doing well and feel more secure in your futures than me. Uncertainty like this sucks ass and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Sorry for that bit of excessive cursing. Just been weighing on my mind due to certain recent international events I’m sure I don’t need to reference and make an even bigger deal out of here.

We’re all here for writing/reading.

On that note, assuming the worse doesn’t happen, we’re still on track for the usual. Don’t think I’m in the right state of mind for another challenge until things calm down but I’ll be maintaining my current three updates a week for my main story while still practicing that side upload for the smut story. Getting used to writing for two things at once and like I thought, having it be something I don’t do a bunch of intricate planning for and keeping it a part of same fandom as the main makes the whole process a lot less mentally draining.

I don’t really have much more I want to say other than stay safe out there and thank you to everyone here!
