Another fun tidbit!! Holt gets to experience violent (ego)death every time he transforms! Yay!!

Some of you may remember, but this is very similar to one of the first comics I made for Dust n' Dread before I really cemented What I wanted the comic to be about (the full comic should be still should be on the pinned post).

Holt wasn't even really a character yet here, but this was a concept I've been sitting on for quite awhile and wanted to iterate on it in the comic proper. I've said it before, but I really wanted the lycanthropy in this world to feel more like a living curse than just a disease, and is entirely apathetic to the person that is afflicted by it. An isolating experience that is hard to even articulate what it is like to anyone that doesn't have it themselves.

Also hope everyone appreciates Jo finally calling Holt by his actual name. The only time she'll ever do it is when he isn't around.
